There are two ways to get rid of pebbledash. Which one is right depends on the state of what’s there now.
If the pebbledash is still stuck firmly to the wall it can often be prepared and rendered over. Less mess and usually a lower cost.
If it’s cracked, hollow or coming away it has to come off. The wall is then made good and rendered from scratch.

Every job is priced after a free survey. Whether the pebbledash comes off or stays, the wall area, the finish you choose and scaffolding all affect the price.
Usually a base coat and mesh to level the surface, then a finish like silicone render. It can also be a good time to add external wall insulation.
