What we collect
When you fill in our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address and postcode. We also collect the service you’re interested in and anything you tell us about the job.
When you call, email or message us we collect your contact details and anything you tell us.
When you visit the website we collect information about how you use it. This includes the pages you look at, the device and browser you use and your rough location. We use Google Analytics for this.
How we use your information
We use it to:
- reply to your enquiry
- arrange a survey and give you a quote
- carry out the work if you go ahead
- keep records of the jobs we’ve done
- understand how people use our website so we can improve it
We don’t sell your information. We won’t send you marketing unless you’ve agreed to it.
Our reasons for using it
The law says we need a reason to use your information. Ours are:
- Taking steps you’ve asked for. For example giving you a quote or carrying out work.
- Our legitimate interests. Running our business and keeping our website working well.
- Legal obligations. For example keeping records for tax.
- Your consent. For cookies that aren’t needed for the website to work. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run our website:
- WordPress.com hosts our website.
- Gravity Forms handles our quote form. Your form details are stored on our website.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to stop spam.
- Google Analytics tells us how people use our website.
Some of these services may store information outside the UK. Where they do they use safeguards the law requires.
We’ll also share information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We only keep your information for as long as we need it. If you get in touch and don’t go ahead we won’t keep your details longer than we need to. If we carry out work for you we keep records for as long as we need them for guarantees, tax and accounts.

- Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how people use our website.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may use a cookie to check you’re a real person when you send a form.
- WordPress may use cookies that help the website work.

- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
